Salibo raises the standard of security work through direct employment, local recruitment and a verified record of every shift. We report the results to clients as contract data.
Our long-term ambition is a security sector that works like an immune system for society: connected, proportionate and accountable.
Today, we apply that standard to the sites we protect. People, cameras and records work as one system, so a site can identify problems sooner, respond on verified facts and carry what it learns into the next deployment.
Fairer, safer and better-evidenced frontline work means officers stay, clients get reliable cover and the record that results is the reason clients trust us.
Social value is how the platform operates, not a separate programme.
Transparent benchmarks reported directly as verified contract data.
| Commitment | Measure | Source | Reported |
|---|---|---|---|
| Local employment | Share of officers on each contract living within 10 miles of site or in the local authority area | Staff records, Salibo dashboard | Quarterly, per contract |
| Workforce stability | 12-month officer retention rate; average length of service | Salibo dashboard | Quarterly |
| Fair pay | Share of shifts paid on the scheduled payday; lowest hourly rate paid against the statutory minimum | Payroll, verified shift records | Quarterly |
| Skills and progression | Training hours per officer beyond SIA licence requirements; officers promoted to supervisory roles | Training records | Six-monthly |
| Safeguarding and evidence | Share of incidents captured in a structured, time-stamped report within minutes of the event; escalations with a recorded outcome | AI incident reporting | Monthly, per contract |
How our commitments are engineered into frontline execution.
Security officers on our contracts are employed by Salibo. They are employed on PAYE, with employer National Insurance, workplace pension contributions and statutory holiday pay. Attendance, credentials and right-to-work checks are verified in the platform, which means every payment connects to a confirmed shift.
Local recruitment is built into how we staff each contract, so the people protecting a place belong to it. We report the share of officers living in each client’s area and set contract-specific targets during mobilisation.
Every deployment records incidents in a structured, time-stamped format, with escalation steps and evidence preserved. Officers can report by voice in their own language, so incidents that written, English-only forms lose are captured and can be acted on. Better evidence helps protect frontline staff and supports clients in protecting the public.
SIA licence support, platform induction, supervisor pathway. We report training hours and progression to supervisory roles so clients can see how the workforce develops.
Detection is designed to run on site rather than stream footage to the cloud, which reduces data transfer and energy use. We use technology in proportion to the risk and keep personal data protected under UK GDPR. Our detection focuses on incidents and behaviours, not on groups of people.
The system that runs a contract produces the evidence. Local employment, retention, incident trends and training outcomes come from the same platform as the shift records. Clients and authorities receive them as contract data at the frequency they require. Our compliance, licensing and information security position is set out on our operational dashboard.
